【System Introduction】
The S300 scanning control system uses USB 3.0 as the communication interface between the mainboard and PC, supporting connection of more than 8 printheads to meet the configuration requirements of large-format machines.

【Printhead Introduction】

StarFire600 （StarFire SG600） features a compact and independent printhead structure. As an industrial-grade inkjet printhead, it delivers outstanding inkjet performance with high nozzle packing density. Constructed with field-proven materials, it boasts long service life, stable output and excellent consistency.The StarFire SG600 printhead is equipped with 1,536 independent channels arranged in 12 rows on a single nozzle plate, with a maximum resolution of 600 dpi. It supports monochrome printing,all 1,536 nozzles can eject ink simultaneously or individually.

The StarFire 600 (StarFire SG600) printhead is compatible with water-based inks, UV curable inks, solvent-based ceramic inks and maintenance fluids. Adopting RediJet internal recirculation technology, it enables continuous ink circulation through internal printhead cavities and nozzle plates to extend working hours, reduce downtime and shorten equipment startup time. It is suitable for applications with high-concentration, sediment-prone and fast-drying inks.

VersaDrop variable drop technology enables seamless gradient printing with genuine precise drop size control. Under dual-state operation mode, the StarFire600 （StarFire SG600） printhead can eject adjustable ink droplets ranging from 12 to 33 pl . It outperforms conventional grayscale printing without sacrificing production efficiency.

It features a robust and repairable structure. The serviceable printhead design greatly cuts customers' operating costs.
