The S300 scanning control system adopts USB 3.0 as the communication interface between mainboard and PC terminal, supporting connection of more than 8 printheads, meeting the configuration requirements of large-format machines.

‌High Precision Imaging

Adopting thin-film piezoelectric components and MEMS technology, it achieves a resolution of 600 npi (dual row) / 300 npi (single row). The ink droplets are nearly perfectly round with precise positioning and low image graininess.

Supports VSDT technology to freely adjust ink droplet volume (ranging from 3.8pl to 12.5pl), delivering smooth color transitions, rich detail performance and high color saturation.

‌High-Durability Design

The piezoelectric actuator has a service life of 106 billion driving cycles and passes cleaning pressure resistance tests (no ink leakage after 1500 repeated cycles at 40KPa), suitable for long-term continuous industrial operation.
‌Compact & Efficient Structure

It has a width of one inch (effective printing width 33.8mm) and weighs only 80g, supports 4-color configuration, and is easy to integrate into miniaturized or modular equipment.
‌Optimized Ink Compatibility

Ink channel materials and adhesives are optimized for different models (A1 water-based / E1 mild solvent / U1 UV), adapting to a specific viscosity range of 3-7 mPa·s with stable performance.‌‌
