【System Overview】

The A+ scanning control system uses USB 2.0 as the communication interface between mainboard and PC, supporting a maximum of 8 printheads to meet the basic configuration requirements of small-format machines.

Core Technical Parameters

Droplet size: 3-21 picoliters (pL), covering a wide range from fine tiny dots to high-volume solid dots.

Printhead width: 32.4 mm, suitable for wide-format scanning or single-pass coverage.

Firing frequency: Up to 30 kHz, supporting high-speed industrial production.

Multi-Drop Grayscale Technology

Supports multi-drop control, which flexibly combines micro droplets during high-speed ejection and instantly fuses them before hitting the media.

It enables grayscale printing and precisely controls transitions from tiny droplets (fine texts / smooth gradients) to large droplets (solid color blocks), balancing printing speed and image 

gradation performance.

Ink Compatibility (Wide Application Range)
Compatible with both water-based and solvent inks, flexibly covering two mainstream markets: textile printing (water-based dye / pigment inks) and advertising signage (solvent inks).
