【System Overview】

The A+ scanning control system uses USB 2.0 serves as the communication interface between mainboard and PC , supporting a maximum of 6 printheads to meet the basic configuration requirements of small-format machines.

【Printhead Overview】

Ricoh GEN6 printhead is a high-performance industrial inkjet printhead applicable to various printing applications. It delivers great compatibility and outstanding performance for color inkjet printing. Positioning via the metal side of the printhead improves precision and facilitates installation and adjustment of multiple printheads.

High Resolution Support

The Ricoh GEN6 printhead is equipped with 1,280 nozzles arranged in 4 rows with 320 channels per row, capable of achieving a printing resolution up to 600 dpi. Such high resolution makes it ideal for high-quality color image printing, especially excelling in scenarios requiring delicate color transitions and smooth gradients.

Multi-Level Grayscale Mode

This printhead supports up to 4 grayscale levels, with a maximum ejection frequency of 50 kHz or 40 kHz under different frequency settings. The adjustable droplet size ranges from fixed 5 pl in binary mode to a dynamic range of 5–15 pl in grayscale mode, further enhancing color reproduction capacity to satisfy demands for complex patterns and fine details.
