【Printhead Overview】

Ricoh G4 (Model MH2420/GEN4) is a grayscale piezoelectric industrial printhead. Core parameters: 384 nozzles (2×192 dual rows), print width 32.4mm, variable ink droplet 7-35pL, firing frequency 20-30kHz, fully enclosed stainless steel structure.

High Durability

Fully enclosed stainless steel structure with corrosion resistance and ink immersion resistance, with a normal service life of 3-5 years.

Stable Printing Quality

Supports grayscale printing (7 pL/14 pL/21 pL) for fine ink dots. Equipped with built-in constant temperature system to ensure excellent printing consistency.

Wide Ink Compatibility

Compatible with various inks including UV, solvent and water-based inks, and features better anti-aging performance than thermal inkjet printheads.

Easy Maintenance

The circuit board is fully wrapped with metal, offering high tolerance to humid environments.
