Multi-Row Inkjet Printhead with Independently Driven Nozzles

It upgrades the traditional 3-cycle drive mode to an independent drive mode where all 1,024 nozzles can eject ink simultaneously. Four rows of 256 nozzles each form a high-density structure, improving nozzle placement accuracy and delivering high-resolution print quality.

Maximum Drive Frequency (45 kHz) — Approximately 3 Times That of KM1024 Series

After adopting the independent drive mode, the drive frequency reaches 45 kHz, approximately 3 times that of the existing KM1024 series. This inkjet printhead is suitable for developing Single Pass inkjet printers capable of high-speed printing.

Printhead Structure with Stable Firing Performance and Excellent Ink Resistance

The KM1024i can reliably eject various industrial inks, and its structure offers outstanding ink resistance. It supports ink recirculation and can work with inks prone to sedimentation.

High-Performance Built-In Heater Maintains Ink Temperature Within Optimal Range

The KM1024i printhead is equipped with a high-performance internal heater to stabilize the temperature of high-viscosity industrial inks.

360 npi High-Resolution Printhead Supporting Up to 8 Grayscale Levels

Equipped with the same high-performance IC as the previous KM1024 series, it supports up to 8 grayscale levels. Ideal for new applications requiring rich grayscale performance and fine image quality.

Certified Green Product with Minimal Environmental Impact

Compared with the existing KM1024 series, this product reduces petroleum resource consumption and usage of hazardous chemicals by roughly two-thirds, while maintaining the same nozzle area as the previous design.
