【Printhead Overview】

Kyocera KJ4B-EX1200-RC is a high-speed industrial inkjet printhead specially designed for water-based inks. Its core advantages include 1200 dpi high resolution, 80 kHz high driving frequency, nozzle-direct ink recirculation structure and excellent thermal stability, suitable for high-speed Single Pass production such as digital textile printing and packaging printing.

High Speed & High Productivity

Compared with the previous 600 dpi models, it features greatly upgraded frequency and around 25% higher Single Pass printing efficiency, ideal for mass continuous production.

The recirculating channel design keeps ink flowing continuously to avoid drying and sedimentation, especially suitable for white ink or high-solids water-based ink, and reduces maintenance frequency.

Exquisite Printing Quality

The large integrated piezoelectric ceramic actuator ensures uniform ink ejection. The 1200 dpi resolution delivers outstanding detail reproduction to meet fine printing demands of textiles and labels.
Durable & Reliable

Precision ceramic nozzle plate features corrosion and abrasion resistance, with a service life of 3-5 years under regular maintenance in industrial environments.
Excellent Thermal Management
