The EOPS Single-Pass Printing Control System adopts Ethernet port as data communication interface and supports unlimited printheads to meet configuration requirements of various printing machines.

【Printhead Overview】

The Kyocera KJ4B-EX600 series is 600 dpi water-based industrial printheads. Its core strengths lie in uniform printing quality guaranteed by monolithic piezoelectric actuators and enhanced durability with stainless steel laminated flow channels. The EX600-RC model is equipped with exclusive nozzle-level ink recirculation technology, which effectively avoids nozzle clogging and is compatible with fast-drying and high-concentration inks.

Nozzle-Level Ink Recirculation (RC Version Only):

Ink circulates directly around nozzle holes to prevent ink drying and sedimentation. It is perfectly compatible with fast-drying inks, pigment inks and sediment-prone coating inks, drastically cutting maintenance downtime.
High Productivity & Stability:

The RC version features 40 kHz high-frequency driving with large droplet output to boost Single Pass printing speed. The built-in heater and water cooling jacket jointly regulate temperature to maintain consistent printing quality during continuous high-speed operation without performance degradation.
High Precision & Uniform Print Quality:

It adopts Kyocera proprietary large monolithic piezoelectric actuator (only 0.04 mm thick), eliminating density deviation among nozzles and delivering consistent color across the entire printing width.
Industrial-Grade Durable Structure:

Flow channels are produced via stainless steel lamination technology, featuring outstanding chemical resistance and a simple yet sturdy structure, applicable to harsh industrial scenarios such as textile printing and corrugated paper printing.
