The EOPS Single-Pass Printing Control System uses Ethernet port as data communication interface and supports unlimited printheads to meet the configuration requirements of various printing machines.
【Printhead Overview】
108 mm wide-format design enables wide-width printing with only a small number of printheads. It greatly eliminates tedious position adjustment and simplifies pipeline and wiring layout.
Within the 108 mm effective printing width, 2,656 nozzles are arranged at 0.042mm intervals. Each nozzle jets 40,000 droplets per second, delivering a total printing speed of over 100 million droplets per second.
It enables single-pass printing with a resolution of 600 dpi×600 dpi and a maximum line speed of 100 m/min.
Driving frequency reaches 40 KHz for high-quality 600 dpi grayscale printing;
Proprietary ceramic technology enables high-density nozzle arrangement. Leveraging the advantages of piezoelectric technology for variable droplet volume control, it delivers premium printing quality with up to 5 grayscale levels and 600 dpi×600 dpi resolution.
Built-in filter removes foreign impurities; integrated heater offsets fluctuations of ambient temperature. Unique flow channel design ensures stable ejection from all 2656 nozzles and reduces missing jetting during continuous printing.
