【System Overview】

The S100 scanning control system uses Ethernet port as the communication interface between mainboard and PC, supporting a maximum of 6 printheads to meet the basic configuration requirements of small-format machines.

【Printhead Overview】

StarFire600 (StarFire SG600) features a compact and independent printhead structure. As an industrial-grade inkjet printhead, it delivers excellent jetting performance and high nozzle packing density. Built with field-proven materials, it offers long service life, stable output and outstanding consistency.The StarFire SG600 printhead comes with 1,536 independent channels arranged in 12 rows on a single nozzle plate, reaching a high resolution of 600 dpi. It supports monochrome printing, and all 1,536 nozzles can eject ink simultaneously or individually.

The StarFire 600 (StarFire SG600) printhead is compatible with water-based inks, UV curable inks, solvent ceramic inks and maintenance fluids. Adopting RediJet internal recirculation technology, it maintains continuous ink circulation inside the printhead and ink chambers on the nozzle plate to extend operating hours, reduce downtime and shorten equipment startup time, ideal for applications with high-pigment, sediment-prone and fast-drying inks.

VersaDrop variable droplet technology achieves seamless gradient printing with genuine full-range droplet size control. Under binary mode, the StarFire600 (StarFire SG600) printhead ejects adjustable droplets ranging from 12 to 33 pl . It outperforms standard grayscale printing without compromising production efficiency.
