【System Overview】
The A+ scanning control system uses USB 2.0 as the communication interface between mainboard and PC, supporting up to 8 printheads to meet the basic configuration requirements of small-format machines.
【Printhead Overview】
The SG1024 belongs to the STARFIRE series printheads launched by Dimatix. As an industrial-grade inkjet printhead, the SG1024 uses field-proven materials for extended service life. It features ink recirculation and 1024 independent nozzles arranged on a replaceable metal plate, delivering a monochrome resolution of 400 dpi, with enhanced abrasion resistance.
The patented RediJet internal recirculation technology delivers continuous ink flow inside the printhead and ink chambers on the nozzle plate, extending uptime, cutting downtime and shortening equipment startup time. It is ideal for applications using high-pigment, sediment-prone and fast-drying inks. The VersaDrop variable droplet technology enables seamless gradient printing. It

provides genuine full-range droplet size control that outperforms standard grayscale printing without sacrificing production efficiency.

The repairable printhead structure significantly reduces customers' operating costs.
